It was fantastic to see so many children getting involved, trying new obstacles, and supporting one another throughout the session. Some approached the course with confidence, while others took their time, figuring things out step by step — and every effort was worth celebrating.
We saw children encourage their friends, cheer each other on, and celebrate the small wins along the way. Whether it was completing an obstacle, trying something for the first time, or simply giving it another go after falling short, every moment showed real determination.
Physical activity helps build strength and coordination, but it also develops something just as important — resilience. Through challenges like these, children learn problem-solving skills, perseverance, and the confidence to keep trying even when something feels difficult.
Confidence doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it’s quiet determination. Sometimes it’s the courage to try again.
Well done to everyone who came along and gave it their best 👏
