 Join us for a fun and relaxed dance session designed for children and young people with SEND to move, express themselves and enjoy music in a supportive environment.
There’s no pressure and no perfect moves needed — children can join in at their own pace, copy simple routines, freestyle, or simply enjoy the rhythm. The focus is on confidence, sensory regulation and fun, not performance.
Sessions are great for:
✨ Building confidence and self-expression
🧠 Supporting coordination and body awareness
⚡ Providing regulating movement and sensory input
🤝 Meeting friends in a relaxed, understanding space
🎶 Having a brilliant time through music and dance
We’re also delighted to share that we now have funding for two sessions, allowing us to accommodate more children each week.
