Weekly Family Yoga Sessions with Sparkle Yoga Therapy

This January saw us start weekly yoga sessions led by the wonderful Jane from Sparkle Yoga Therapy. These sessions are thoughtfully adapted to accommodate individuals with disabilities, ensuring everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga.
