What a fantastic time we had at our 2 Friends Friday sessions with Dance with Emma at the Tunza Centre! 🌟
The day was filled with smiles, laughter and lots of energy as everyone got involved in two brilliant themed dance sessions packed with music, movement and creativity. From the moment the music started, the room was full of excitement as everyone enjoyed exploring different ways to move, dance and express themselves together.
Our themed activities kept everyone engaged throughout the sessions. We stomped, stretched and wiggled as we moved like different animals, adding plenty of imagination and laughter along the way. Colourful scarves and ribbons brought an extra splash of fun as they swirled through the air, while shakers and bells gave everyone the chance to create their own rhythms and become part of the music.
Throughout the sessions, it was wonderful to see everyone joining in, building confidence and encouraging one another as they danced, played and celebrated every moment together. The combination of music, movement and interactive activities created a fantastic atmosphere that everyone could enjoy.
To finish each session, it was time for our mini disco! 🪩✨ The lights went down, colourful disco lights lit up the room and bubbles floated through the air as everyone enjoyed one final dance together. It was the perfect way to end a day full of fun, friendship and unforgettable memories.
Thank you to Emma for leading such fantastic sessions and helping make our Friday so much fun. We can’t wait for more exciting activities and even more fun together at our next sessions!
