If you’re looking for a fun-filled family day out that offers great value and plenty to keep the children entertained, Windmill Animal Farm is well worth a visit.
From the moment we arrived, there was so much included, making it an enjoyable and stress-free experience for the whole family. One of the highlights was visiting the lambing shed, where the children had the opportunity to bottle feed the lambs. It was a wonderful hands-on experience and a memorable way to get up close with the animals.
We also enjoyed a ride on the Farm Train, which gave us a chance to take in the surroundings and explore more of the farm. Throughout the day, there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. The indoor and outdoor play areas were perfect for burning off energy, while the Adventure Trail provided plenty of opportunities for exploration and fun.
The Pedal Tractor Park and Adventure Go Kart Park were particularly popular with the children, who spent ages racing around and testing their driving skills. We also took a peaceful walk along the Mere Trail, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful countryside setting.
Overall, Windmill Animal Farm offers a fantastic family experience with a great variety of activities included in the ticket price. Whether you’re animal lovers, adventure seekers, or simply looking for a fun day out with the children, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We had a lovely day making memories together and would happily visit again.
