Our first visit to Lumb Brook Valley for a while for this month’s Fairy Forest.
After a quick talk with Onion the House Elf we entered the stream and went wading/paddling looking for flower fairies. We ticked off what we saw as we passed woodland flowers. We even saw some fairy houses.
After a quick fire talk we then toasted marshmallows. Sausage butties & bacon rolls for lunch cooked on the camp fire.
We finished of the afternoon with a chance to have a paddle, try a hammock and decorate a fairy’s front garden.
