What an amazing day we had at Ninja Warrior UK in Wigan! Our SEND inclusive visit gave children, young people, and families the chance to experience the adventure of being a real-life Ninja – and it was smiles all around from start to finish.
With the venue open just for us, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and completely pressure-free. Everyone could explore at their own pace – whether that meant bouncing on the inflatables, climbing up walls, or carefully making their way across the obstacle courses.
It was incredible to see children growing in confidence, cheering each other on, and celebrating every achievement, big or small. Some tackled the tricky courses head-on, while others enjoyed simply having the space and freedom to move, play, and have fun.
Parents and carers told us how special it felt to see their children so included and supported. The brilliant Ninja Warrior staff were kind, patient, and ready with encouragement whenever it was needed.
By the end of the session, we had plenty of tired legs – but also lots of laughter, pride, and memories to treasure.
