What a fantastic and fun-filled day we’ve had at The Sensory Hive! 💛✨ We were so lucky to have three private sessions, giving the children plenty of time to explore each space at their own pace. There were lots of smiles, laughter and excitement from start to finish! 🤩🎉
We started our adventure in The Sensory Gym, a brilliant multi-sensory space with equipment to suit a range of abilities. The children loved exploring everything on offer, especially the full-size enclosed trampoline, the swing swivel scooters and the small ramp, which were all a huge hit with everyone! 🤸♀️
The Mezzanine was packed with exciting things to discover! The children explored educational toys with buttons, lights and sounds, relaxed in the cosy tipi tents and enjoyed all the colourful lights around the room. 🌈💡🎶
The children especially loved the swinging platform with two swings, with lots of happy faces as everyone had a turn and enjoyed the sensory experience! 😄🙌
We also explored Sorcha’s Sanctuary, an amazing state-of-the-art, fully immersive and interactive room. The children loved exploring the different sensory features and taking in everything the room had to offer. 🌟✨
After all that playing and exploring, it was time for some tasty food! 😋 The children tucked into chicken nuggets, pizza and chips in The Honey Pot Café. 🍗🍕🍟
Having three private sessions meant everyone had the opportunity to explore, play and enjoy the sensory spaces in a calm and relaxed environment. So many smiles, so much exploring and lots of fantastic memories made together. 🐝💛✨
