On Saturday 9th May 2026, families came together for a wonderful SEND family visit to the Walton Hall Gardens Petting Zoo.
The day was filled with smiles, laughter and lots of exciting animal encounters as children enjoyed their 45-minute petting zoo sessions. Families had the opportunity to meet and interact with a variety of friendly animals, creating special memories in a calm and welcoming environment designed to support and include everyone.
Following the sessions, many families stayed to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Walton Hall Gardens, making the most of the gardens, open spaces and play areas. It was lovely to see families relaxing together, socialising and enjoying a full day out in the sunshine.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for children to build confidence, explore new experiences and connect with others in a supportive setting. We are so grateful to all the families who attended and helped make the day such a success.
